How far in advance should I order my lei?

For one or two leis we need at least a week. Larger or custom orders require 2 or 3 weeks depending on the season. During  May graduations, orders may require more preparation so as soon as you know when you will need the lei go ahead and order them.

How long are your leis?

Our maile leis are all about 5 to 5.5 feet (152-167 cm) long. You can order them a little longer but there may be a slight charge.

How many strands are your leis?

Our standard maile leis come in three styles, 3-strand, 4-strand and 5-strand.

Do you ship to California?

Yes, we ship our leis to any state on the mainland. We have a flat rate for mainland orders which includes the lei, agricultural inspection, packing and shipping by FedEx.

Do you have a money-back guarantee?

We will do everything in our power to get your lei to you on time however mother nature sometimes has other plans due to bad weather. If FedEx does not get you the order on time you can file a claim with them. If your lei is somehow damaged please take pictures of the damage, save the packaging and contact us.
